In the event that the lots are not sold or the amounts advanced exceed the total proceeds from the lots sold, the sum advanced or the residue thereof must be returned together with the withdrawal of the unsold lots.
At the request of the client it is possible to obtain an immediate advance up to a MAXIMUM of 25% of the value of the lots assigned for the sale.This possibility is at the discretion of the sector manager and in any case subject to management authorization. Advance sums will be reversed upon liquidation of the lots sold.
